Having made Destin, Florida his home in 1998, our founder, Austin Sheridan Lowrey, enjoys the beautiful white sand beaches, deep sea fishing, boating and scuba diving. He’s an avid private pilot, licensed to fly airplanes with as many engines as you can hang on its wings and enjoys the freedom and exhilaration you can only experience by flying. Only second to flying, is my passion for business.

Throughout his 36 years of business, he’s become a licensed Real Estate Broker, a licensed Mortgage Broker, licensed Home Builder and a licensed Community Association Manager. He’s become one of the most capable Residential, Commercial, Private Estate and Investment property Real Estate Brokers in the world. He and his staff understand the responsibility, commitment and exceptional level of service that is required to serve your unique needs anywhere in the world with unequaled service.

Born and raised in Montgomery, Alabama, our founder, A. Sheridan Lowrey II, began his real estate career in October 1989 and became the youngest licensed real estate broker ever in Alabama. Since that time, he’s obtained professional licenses as a Real Estate Broker, a licensed Home Builder, a licensed Mortgage Broker and a licensed Community Association Manager (CAM).

He’s an avid multi-engine rated private pilot, licensed to fly airplanes with as many engines as you can hang on its wings and enjoy the freedom and exhilaration you can only experience by flying. He has a valid Class “A” CDL driver license which allows him to drive any vehicle that has wheels on it.

Throughout his endeavor to obtain all of these professional licenses, Austin Sheridan Lowrey II has undergone and passed countless FBI, Department of Homeland Security and Florida Department of Law Enforcement background investigations.
